Cleaning is an exclusive service. This includes all floor services and trash removal.
Exhibit and furnishing wipe down not included.
Excessive Trash will be subject to additional charges. See Dumpster and Disposal form for fees.
Orders received after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price.
Prices are based on the total square footage of the booth regardless of the area to be cleaned.
If an exhibitor or EAC leaves behind any bulk trash, exhibit properties, or flooring that is not packed, labeled as an outbound shipment, or identified as a donation with “Hold for Donation” stickers it will be deemed trash. Exhibitors will be charged for the dismantle and removal of these items. The charges may include, booth labor, forklift equipment and labor, dumpster fee, cleaning labor and equipment if deemed necessary.

To order, please call Customer Service Manager or stop by the Exhibitor Service Center. Please note the dumpster sizes indicated below are to indicate the quantity of trash. A dumpster will not be brought to the booth.
To remove and/or destroy any material left in the exhibitor’s booth, a 2-hour minimum cleaning labor charge will apply in addition to the dumpster fee. Any equipment or dismantle labor necessary will be charged at the retail rates.
To ensure you do not incur these charges, please make sure your booth is completely clean, and all display materials are removed before leaving the show floor.
