ALL PRICING IS FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW.

Prices include equipment, delivery, and pick up from the booth at the end of the show. Electrical is NOT included and must be ordered separately online. Additional labor applies for wall mounting and changes after initial delivery. 

Please provide onsite contact name, cell phone number, date and time of delivery when ordering online. 

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received on or after September 15, 2025, are subject to a charge of 50% of the order total. Cancellations received once move-in has begun will be billed at 100%. 

Audio Visual and Computer equipment deliveries will begin on  September 25, 2025 at 1:00pm, and will be fulfilled according to time and dates supplied when you place your order. A representative from your company must be in the booth to sign for the delivery of your items. In the event that a representative is not present when your items are scheduled for delivery, additional labor charges may apply for redelivery of the equipment.

Labor Rates - Overtime labor rates will be charged after 4:30 pm daily, and All Day Saturday and Sunday. 
Straight Time - $120.00 per person per hour
Overtime - $180.00 per person per hour

 If you need more than one screen or multiple pieces of equipment in the same meeting room on the same day, or for multiple days, please contact PES.Service@packexposervices.com or call your Customer Service Manager for a custom quote.

Changes or substitutions to the packages may incur additional labor charges.

All Audio Visual and Computer Equipment rentals at LVCC are subject to installation and dismantle labor. Prices listed include the item and labor to deliver and pull from the meeting room at the end of show. Rentals of audio visual equipment in meeting rooms may require union labor to operate in addition to standard installation and dismantle labor. All appropriate fees will be added to your final invoice.
