Exhibitor space DOES NOT include carpeting/surfacing, furnishings, utilities, or wifi.
Carpeting or approved surfacing IS REQUIRED for all exhibit spaces with the exception of display vehicles/large equipment (weighing more than 2,000 lbs.).
Carpeting or approved surfacing must cover the exact dimensions of exhibit space (standard exhibit space size is 10’ x 10’).
Exhibitor must make arrangements to meet these requirements or can order services through TML’s official service contractor, The Expo Group.
If arrangements to meet this requirement have not been made by the cutoff time of 10:00 am, Wednesday, October 29, 2025, standard carpeting will be applied to the booth or display space at Exhibitor’s expense.
Flooring is required. You may choose to order flooring from The Expo Group to enhance the appearance of your booth or supply your own flooring.
• Renting our Standard Carpet supports sustainability through recycling and reuse.
• Orders after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price and are subject to availability.
• Prices are for rental only and include delivery, material handling, installation, and removal at close of show.
• Cancellations within 10 days of move-in will be billed at 100%.
• Standard Cut Carpet is not suitable for booths 20'x20' or larger; please order Custom Cut Carpet.
• Colors may vary due to lighting, printing, and dye lot differences.
• Utility lines must be installed before carpet installation; order utilities in advance.
