Do not order labor to unload and reload your trucks. Drayage is included in your space rate.
Crew Size: Rigging crews consists of two (2) riggers for installation and dismantle. Additional crew, equipment or larger equipment will be used if the supervisor deems it necessary to safely complete the installation and/or dismantling of a job and will be charged accordingly.
Rigging labor is based on a one (1) hour minimum with half hour increments after.
Exhibitor must check in / out labor at the rigging desk in the hall where work is being performed. Rigging Crews ordered in advance for installation and dismantling of heavy machinery MUST be reconfirmed upon arrival to the exhibit hall at the Rigging Desk.
Any freight which requires assembly, un-skidding, uncrating, unbolting, stacking, or special equipment for unloading (including 30,000 lb. forklifts and cranes) and anything else which makes your machinery or freight non-show ready is NOT eligible for the one-time spot. Additional rigging and material handling charges will apply.
Rigging skids and crates will be removed by the rigging crew from your booth space at the completion of the installation work order.
Rigging skids and crates will be returned to your booth space by the riggers as part of the dismantle work order.
Rigging Crew will tag your machinery skids with special rigging labels and remove them from your booth upon completion of assembly. If skids are not ready to be removed at the time assembly is finished, you must return to the rigging labor desk and place an order for machinery skids to be removed at Exhibitor’s expense.
Account for targeted freight delivery when scheduling installation rigging orders (Direct freight may take many hours to arrive.)
Order your rigging in advance. Pre-Show orders will be fulfilled before onsite order requests.
On the night of show break, Rigging Labor will be billed on ST until 10:00 pm. Orders must be submitted in advance for show break rigging labor.
On the night of show break, Rigging labor is unavailable until one hour after the show ends to allow for aisle carpet rollup.
Labor must be cancelled in writing at least 24 hours prior to the date for which labor was ordered to avoid a one (1) hour per man cancellation charge.

Straight Time: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Overtime: 4:30 pm to 12:00 Midnight, Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday

Double Time: 12:00 Midnight to 8:00 am, Monday through Sunday, 4:30 pm to 8:00 am, Saturday, All day Sunday and Holidays

**Due to high volume of Rigging Labor requests during the first day of move out, labor requests will be completed on first come / first served basis based on outbound target date priority. 8:00am labor requests for the morning of Thursday, October 22nd are not guaranteed. To help mitigate these restrictions, please plan for, and take advantage of Straight Time labor rates for Rigging Labor on Wednesday, October 21st after the show closes. Straight Time rates will be offered until 10:00pm.
