Flooring is required. You may choose to order flooring from The Expo Group to enhance the appearance of your booth or supply your own flooring.

Early bird carpet Discount Deadline is July 1, 2026.
Orders received after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price and are subject to availability.
Custom Carpet and Vinyl Flooring must be ordered by September 2, 2026. Custom requests cannot be accommodated after this date.
Prices are for rental only and include delivery, material handling, installation, and removal at close of show.
Cancellations received 10-days or less prior to the first day of exhibitor scheduled move-in will be billed at 100%.
Colors may vary due to facility lighting, printing limitation, and dye lot differences.
All utility lines must be installed before carpet installation. Utilities should be ordered in advance.
NOTE: Color selection is limited after the Discount Deadline. Order early for the best selection.
Exhibitors are responsible for removing the plastic carpet protection in their booth. All plastic protection must be removed by Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 1:00pm. If this is not completed, show management reserves the right to remove the plastic carpet protection at the exhibitor’s expense.
