Your booth deserves to shine—leave the mess to our team and focus on making connections. Here are a few points to remember:

  • Cleaning is an exclusive service, covering all floor services and trash removal.
  • Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will incur the Standard price.
  • Prices are determined by the total square footage of the booth, regardless of the area to be cleaned.
  • Exhibit and furnishings wipe down is not included.
  • Cancellations made within 10 days of the first scheduled move-in date will be billed at 100%.
  • Cleaning includes emptying the wastebasket within your booth during vacuuming and/or shampooing.
  • A 100 square foot minimum applies to all listed services.
     

Plastic Carpet Protection Removal

  • Exhibitors are responsible for removing the plastic carpet protection in their booth. All plastic carpet protection must be removed by Saturday, October 17, 2026 at 1:00pm. If this is not completed, show management reserves the right to remove the plastic carpet protection at the exhibitor’s expense. 

 

Dumpster Rental and Excessive Trash Removal

  • If an exhibitor or EAC leaves behind any bulk trash, exhibit properties, or flooring that is not packed, labeled as an outbound shipment, or identified as a donation with “Hold for Donation” stickers it will be deemed trash. Exhibitors will be charged for the dismantle and removal of these items. The charges may include, booth labor, forklift equipment and labor, dumpster fee, cleaning labor and equipment if deemed necessary.
  • Refer to the Booth Labor and Forklift Equipment & Labor forms for rates.
  • To order, please call Customer Service Manager or stop by the Exhibitor Service Center. Please note the dumpster sizes indicated below are to indicate the quantity of trash. A dumpster will not be brought to the booth.
  • To remove and/or destroy any material left in the exhibitor’s booth, a 2-hour minimum cleaning labor charge will apply in addition to the dumpster fee. Any equipment or dismantle labor necessary will be charged at the retail rates.
  • To ensure you do not incur these charges, please make sure your booth is completely clean, and all display materials are removed before leaving the show floor.
