AUDIO VISUAL INFORMATION

• All Audio Visual and Computer Equipment rentals at McCormick Place are subject to installation and dismantle labor. The labor to install and dismantle will be added to your account after delivery. Additional wait time, etc. on site will be charged to your account accordingly. For budget purposes, estimated hours have been noted with each package.
• Rental of audio visual equipment in meeting rooms may require union labor to operate in addition to standard installation and dismantle labor. The equipment is subject to a rental tax. All appropriate fees will be added to your final invoice.
• Exhibit Floor – Rates are for the duration of the show.
• Meeting Rooms – Rates are daily.
• Electrical Services are not included in the equipment pricing. You must order electrical to power items on the show floor and in any meeting rooms.
• Mounting of any rental equipment will be performed by Electricians. PES is NOT responsible for attaching any mounting hardware to the structure. Please ensure the hardware is attached to the structure PRIOR to your installation. Additional labor applies for wall mounting and changes after initial delivery. 
• Additional labor may be required for more extensive/complex sets or if placement location is changed after original placement. For orders of three (3) or more monitors, please contact your Customer Service Manager for a labor quote. 
• Orders confirmed and submitted with payment prior to Discount Deadline Date, will receive the advance rate. The discount does not apply to labor.
• Dates available onsite for delivery:  Thursday, Oct. 15 (afternoon slots only), Friday, Oct. 16 and Saturday, Oct. 17 (morning slots only).
• Times available onsite for delivery:  8:00am-10:00am, 10:00am-12:00pm (Noon), 1:00pm-3:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm
• Custom Lighting Packages, Video Walls and large Flat Screens are available upon request. 
• Exhibitor is responsible for any loss of or damage to the equipment, when it is outside of PES’s care, custody or control. PES reserves the right to charge Client for any necessary repair or replacement costs and such amounts, if any, may be added to final invoices.
• For equipment not listed or assistance in placing your order, please contact your Customer Service Manager.

MEETING ROOM AUDIO VISUAL INFORMATION

• Please refer to the Meeting Room Audio Visual form for offerings and specific rules for power and installation labor.

Labor Hours:

Straight Time: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Overtime: 4:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Saturday

Double Time: 12:00 am to 6:00 am, Monday through Sunday; 4:30 pm to 8:00 am, Saturday, All day Sunday and Holidays

 **Please note: 1st day show closes, all labor will be charged ST until 10:00 pm.
