Air & Water

• Package Pricing Includes: All materials with up to 75’ of hose per primary service outlet, an additional 10’ per secondary  service outlet, labor for transferring location from drawing to floor and installing of services, connection of the outlet to equipment and end of show dismantle.
• Package Pricing Excludes: Labor and material for Ramping, Fill and Drains, Move drops and/or changes to initial order; applicable fees or taxes, any requests for hardware that is not classified as normal hardware, specific brand products, pressure regulator valve installations, and/or major equipment/machinery retro fittings and assembly will be assessed and additional charges will apply at the published hourly rates.
• All fill and drain and hookup labor is on a WILL CALL basis; check in at the Exhibitor Service Centers 24 hours prior to verify time.
• When ordering a package item, you will need to order the outlet and appropriate hook up charge. If the hook up charge is not ordered it will be added to your account.
• Package rates have been developed to standardize labor costs for installation, hookup and tear-out. Tax will be calculated when your online order for the package outlet is processed.
• Note: Air and Water services are not available in the Lakeside Ballroom (Booths LU-6600 to LU- 6999).
• PES is not responsible for moisture, oil, water, drop or increase in pressure lines to equipment. Exhibitors should provide their own  filters, dryers or other equipment as needed.
• PES is not responsible for discoloration, taste, sediment or drop in water pressure.
• Fill and drain pricing does not include labor; there is a minimum 1 hour labor for fill and 1 hour labor for drain.

Air and Water Labor:

• It isn’t necessary to order labor in advance. Plumbing will be installed based on your order and floor plan submitted in accordance with your targeted move in. If you wish to supervise the distribution of your floor work, please submit a request for exhibitor supervised plumbing labor online.
• Labor rates are per person per hour. 
• All labor is billed at an hour minimum per person and thereafter is billed in (1/2) hour increments. 
• All fill and drain and hookup labor is on a WILL CALL basis; check in at the Exhibitor Service Centers 24 hours prior to verify time.
