Booth Labor

Skip the stress - our labor team can help you with setting up and tearing down your exhibit, including unpacking, installation, dismantling, and packing. Please keep these points in mind when ordering Booth Labor:

• Booth labor is available to assist with unpacking, installation, dismantling, and packing your exhibit properties after the show. 
• You may choose to supervise the labor yourself, or your exhibit can be set up prior to your arrival under The Expo Group (TEG) supervision.
• Rates listed are per hour. Whenever possible, all work will be performed during Straight Time (ST) hours. 
• Orders received after the deadline date or without payment will be billed at standard rates. 
• Exhibitors must check in with the TEG Service Desk to confirm they are ready for their labor and return to the TEG Service Desk to sign out personnel upon completion of work. Failure to pick up personnel at the requested time will result in a one (1) hour cancellation charge. 
• Start time is guaranteed only at the beginning of the working day. 
• A one (1) hour minimum applies and is billed in half (½) hour increments thereafter. The hours billed will include the time necessary for workers to report to the booth. Please review and approve hours worked upon checkout. 
• Exhibitor is required to cancel labor at least 24 hours prior to the date for which labor was ordered or a (1) one hour minimum will be charged.
• Dismantle labor cannot be scheduled within the first hour of show break to prepare the hall for move-out.
• TEG Supervised Labor will be completed at our discretion. Whenever possible, all work will be performed during straight time hours.
• Please complete and submit the TEG Supervised Labor form for all TEG Supervised Labor Orders if The Expo Group is providing installation and/or dismantle services without the exhibitor or their agent present to supervise.
• Log in to ExpoPortal and click "UPLOADS AND FORMS" under the "My Account" header to submit your files.

STRAIGHT TIME: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm   
OVERTIME: Monday-Friday, 4:30pm-8:00am & All day Saturday  
DOUBLE TIME: After 8 hours at work on Saturday, or after 4:30 pm on Saturday, regardless of starting time & All day Sunday.   
**Show breaks at 4:00 pm on Friday, December 18, 2026. Labor performed during the first 8 hours of move-out will be billed at the standard Straight Time rate.
**Straight Time, Overtime and Double Time Labor invoicing will be in compliance per MPEA Legislation.
