  • 3' high black side drape
  • Identification sign (booths larger than 300 sq ft available to order - see Signs in ExpoPortal)
  • Booth flooring is optional — the exhibit area is fully carpeted. Ceiling clearance in the hall is 10', so hanging signs are not permitted.

Freight & Shipping Policies

  • All shipments must be accompanied by certified weight tickets.
  • The warehouse does not accept uncrated freight, COD shipments, hazardous materials, refrigerated/frozen freight, any single piece over 5,000 lbs, or any piece larger than 108" H x 93" W.
  • Materials accepted Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

  • All materials received are subject to Material Handling Charges.
  • Disposal of exhibit properties is not included in material handling charges.

This show will not use a marshalling yard. Drivers may check in directly at the show facility.
