Your booth deserves to shine—leave the mess to our team and focus on making connections.  Here are a few points to remember: 

  • Cleaning is an exclusive service, covering all floor services and trash removal.
  • Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will incur the Standard price.
  • Prices are determined by the total square footage of the booth, regardless of the area to be cleaned.
  • Exhibit and furnishings wipe down is not included.
  • Cancellations made 10 days or less before the first day of exhibitor move-in will be billed at 100%.
  • Cleaning includes emptying the wastebasket within your booth during vacuuming and/or shampooing.
  • A 100 square foot minimum applies to all listed services.
  • Excessive trash will incur an additional fee for dismantling and disposal.

 

Scrap Removal

  • Fire Department Regulations require that all scrap and waste containers be emptied each night whether or not they are full.  This service is available from The Expo Group, which collects the scrap or used work pieces from special barrels each evening and removes them from the show premises.  Each exhibitor, however, has the responsibility of collecting and placing the scrap in designated  barrel(s).
  • Any scrap left behind becomes the property of The Expo Group.
  • All charges for removal will be charged to the exhibiting company.
  • Orders received after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price. 
  • Cancellations received 10-days or less prior to the first day of exhibitor scheduled move-in will be billed at 100%.

 

Dumpster and Disposal

  • If an Exhibitor leaves behind any bulk trash that is not labeled for a shipment going out will be deemed as trash and the Exhibitor will be charged for the removal of these items. The charges may include the following:
    • Installation & Dismantle Labor
    • Forklift & Rigging Labor
    • Dumpster Fee
    • Equipment if deemed necessary
    • Cleaning Labor
  • *Please note the dumpster sizes indicated below are to indicate the quantity of trash.  A dumpster will not be brought to the booth.

  • Cancellations received 10-days or less prior to the first day of exhibitor scheduled move-in will be billed at 100%.
  • To remove and/or destroy any material left in the exhibitor’s booth, a 2-hour minimum cleaning labor charge will apply in addition to the dumpster fee above. Any equipment or dismantle labor necessary will be charged at the retail rates.
  • To avoid incurring additional charges, please ensure your booth is fully cleaned and all display materials are removed prior to departing the show floor.
