Expogistics by The Expo Group is the official show carrier for IITSEC 2026. We know this show, the venue, and the schedule, so you are not chasing shipments or wondering what is next. No late-to-warehouse fees

Freight arriving after the advance warehouse cutoff usually bills at a higher rate. If your booth is not ready in time, we waive that fee on Expogistics shipments.

Nothing to arrange at tear-down

Pack your booth, fill out your MHA, and turn it in at the Expogistics desk. Leave your shipment where it sits and head for your flight. We handle the pickup, with no wait-time charges on your outbound.

Someone here when you are

There is onsite Expogistics support during move-in through move-out. Walk up and talk to a person.

On time, and watched the whole way

Your freight is timed to this show's receiving dates and followed to destination. If it stalls, we move it. You get a tracking number and can follow it here, in and out.

You'll know it made it

Ship to the advance warehouse and you'll know your freight made it, with a photo, before you leave for the show. It is unloaded at show site the day before move-in, so you can book labor for the morning.

One invoice. Your shipping charges land on the same invoice as your booth, flooring, and labor.

We follow it

Our team follows every shipment to its destination. If something stops moving, we call the terminal while a fix is still easy. You can follow it too, under My Shipments.

You're billed on actual weight

Your freight is weighed, and your charges reflect that weight plus any services required at pickup or delivery. We show your final total next to your estimate so you can see what changed.

Material handling is billed separately and applies no matter who moves your freight. Your estimate covers transportation. Services required at pickup or delivery, like a lift gate or a residential address, are added to your estimate before you send the request.
