Internet Service

Deliver seamless digital experiences with high-speed reliable internet service. Here are a few points to consider:

• To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main service and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your internet order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
• Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
• Internet floor plans received by The Expo Group after May 8, 2026 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for Internet.
• Please note that for any mission-critical use (web-based presentations, streams, etc.) a hardwire connection with dedicated service is recommended.
• Cancellations must be made in writing twenty-one (21) days prior to first day of general service contractor move-in to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given for orders cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to first day of general service contractor move-in.
