Looking to power up your presence? Order your electrical needs in this section. And here are a few points to remember:
- To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main power location and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your electrical order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
- Onsite electrical audits will be conducted. If you use this service without placing an order, your account will be charged at the standard rates.
- Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
- Electrical floor plans received by The Expo Group after May 8, 2026 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for electrical.
- All 208-Volt and 480-Volt services will require materials and electrical labor charges. Custom electrical outlet placement/distribution will require material and labor charges. Standard placement will be placed at electrician’s discretion.
- Credit will not be given for services installed and not used. All orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled in writing and received by Edlen/The Expo Group (21) calendar days or less prior to the first contracted event move in date. Except sales tax Edlen/The Expo Group will not refund overpayment in amounts less than $50.00 unless specifically requested in writing.
COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHERE WILL MY OUTLET BE LOCATED?
Outlets are located as depicted below for inline & peninsula booths. All other locations require labor on a time & material basis. Exhibitors with hard wall booths must make arrangements with Edlen to bring power inside the booth on a time and material basis.

120 Volt Power Delivery - The cost of 120-Volt outlets includes delivery to one location in island booths and to one location at the rear of inline or peninsula booths. If you require the outlets to be distributed to any other location, material and labor charges apply. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for installation & 1/2 for removal. Complete and return the Electrical Labor Order Form along with a floor plan layout of your booth space indicating outlet locations.
208/480V Power Delivery and Connections - All 408/480V Single Phase must accompany a NEMA plug variable. All 208/480V Three Phase power need to inquire if Edison or large cam hookup. The Expo Group/Edlen Electricians must make all high voltage connections and disconnects. Please complete a floor plan layout of your booth space indicating outlet locations.
Island Booths - There is a minimum labor charge of 1 hour for installation and removal. A scaled booth plan must accompany orders showing locations of electrical outlets and lighting equipment.
Calculating Labor - If labor applies to your order, the following is a guide to calculate the quantity:
1-6 outlets = 1hr ($144.25)
7-13 outlets = 2hrs ($288.50)
14+ outlets = 3hrs ($432.75)
Ceiling Drops - Ceiling drops utilize electrical access from the ceiling as required for lighting, rigging, etc. There is a fee for each drop installed from the ceiling in addition to the electrical power charge. Please contact your Customer Service Manager for more information.
24 Hour Services - All prices include 24 hour power. Electricity will be turned on within 30 minutes of show opening and off within 30 minutes of show closing.
Dedicated Outlets - For a dedicated outlet, order a 20 amp and indicate location on the floor plan.
Lights - Arm lights must be mounted to a hard wall structure. Pole lights are placed at the side rail or rear of inline booth. Additional labor & material charges will apply for installation of pole lights in any other location than at the side rail or rear of in-line booths.
