Exhibit Solutions:

• Exhibit rental price includes labor to install, dismantle, shipping and stem lights. Furniture, carpet, cleaning, electrical outlets and electrical labor and materials are NOT included.
• Advance pricing for orders with custom graphics will apply only if production ready artwork files are received and approved prior to the Discount Deadline date. Production ready artwork files submitted or graphic proofs approved after the Discount Deadline date will be billed at Standard rates.
• If graphic design or layout is required, a set up fee of $150.00 will apply.
• Rental Exhibit Orders and production ready artwork files MUST be received and graphic proofs must be approved at least 2-weeks prior to the first move-in date for the show. Orders submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed.
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply after the Discount Deadline date. A 100% cancellation fee will apply on or after 10 business days prior to move-in.
• Please review the Graphic Submission Guidelines for instructions on how to format your graphic files.
• Log in to the Exhibitor Resource Center and select Uploads & Forms from the My Account drop down to submit your graphic files.

Perspective Series:

• Furniture, carpet, cleaning, electrical outlets and electrical labor and materials are NOT included for Perspective Line Exhibits.
• Advance pricing for orders with graphics will apply if print ready files are received and approved prior to the Discount Deadline date. All files approved after the Discount Deadline date will be charged Standard rates.
• A Digital Setup Fee of $150 will be charged for all Perspective Line Exhibits.
• Orders and graphics MUST be received and approved at least 2-weeks prior to show move-in. Orders after this date cannot be guaranteed.
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply after the Discount Deadline date. A 100% cancellation fee will apply on or after 10 business days prior to move-in. Please refer to show Terms and Conditions for additional information.

Maximize impact without maxing out your budget—our portable exhibit solutions offer lightweight, cost-effective displays that are easy to set up, transport, and customize for any event. These options are for purchase only, not rental.

• PACK EXPO Services Portable Solutions offers exhibitors a quick and cost-effective solution to showcase your booth for trade show participation. Please note items listed below are available for purchase, not rental.
• Installation and Dismantle labor is not included.  If labor is required, please login to the Exhibitor Resource Center to order online.
• Electrical service is not included. To order electrical service, please login to the Exhibitor Resource Center to order online.
