1. PACK EXPO Services requires an engineer stamped drawing for all ground supported and suspended LED and Video Display systems. All LED and Video Display Systems must comply with ANSI E1.50-1 Standards. Failure to provide the proper documentation could result in your LED display NOT being set up. If a stamped certification is not provided, PACK EXPO Services certified employees will perform an assessment to ensure the video wall can be installed and dismantled safely. This applies to all ground supported and suspended LED and Video Display Systems.
2. Stagehands install/dismantle all programable dimmable lighting fixtures, video walls, audio, and projection, including that which is attached to ground-supported truss.
3. Time will commence per exhibitor’s request. Failure to start at the requested time will result in a 4 hour minimum charge per stagehand requested, unless 24-hour advance notice is provided in writing.
4. Materials used to install truss/lighting/LED and Video Display Systems will be charged accordingly .
5. Stagehand labor is based on a 4-hour minimum.
6. During run of show, there will be a 2-hour turn on/2-hour turn off charge per day, based on a 4-hour minimum.

Straight Time: Any day 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Overtime: Any day 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Double Time: Any day 8:00 pm - 8:00 am

Straight Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Overtime: Monday - Friday, 4:30 pm - 8:00 am; All day Saturday
Double Time: All day Sunday and Holidays
**Due to high volume of Rigging Labor requests during the first day of move out, labor requests will be completed on first come / first served basis based on outbound target date priority. 8:00am labor requests for the morning of Friday, February 20th are not guaranteed. To help mitigate these restrictions, please plan for, and take advantage of Straight Time labor rates for Rigging Labor on Thursday, February 19th after the show closes. Straight Time rates will be offered until 10:00pm.
