Lift Equipment & Labor

Need some help with the heavy lifting? Our certified forklift operators move your freight safely and swiftly. Be sure and review the following points: 

• Do not order labor to unload and reload your trucks. Drayage is included in your space rate. 
• Crew Size: Rigging crews consists of three (3) riggers for installation and dismantle. Additional crew, equipment or larger equipment will be used if the supervisor deems it necessary to safely complete the installation and/or dismantling of a job and will be charged accordingly.
• Rigging labor is based on a one (1) hour minimum.
• Start time guaranteed only at the start of the work day.
• Move-out labor will commence at 4:00 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2026 to allow for removal of aisle carpet.
• Exhibitor must check-in at the rigging labor desk to confirm labor is ready to be dispatched. Rigging Crews ordered in advance for installation and dismantling of heavy machinery MUST be reconfirmed upon arrival to the exhibit hall at the Rigging Desk.
• Any freight which requires assembly, un-skidding, uncrating, unbolting, stacking, or special equipment for unloading (including 15,000 lb. forklifts) and anything else which makes your machinery or freight non-show ready is NOT eligible for the one-time spot. Additional rigging and material handling charges will apply. 
• Rigging Crews will remove and return machinery crates and skids as part of fulfilling rigging labor orders placed by exhibitors.
• Rigging Crew will tag your machinery skids with special rigging labels and remove them from your booth upon completion of assembly. If skids are not ready to be removed at the time assembly is finished, you must return to the Service Desk and place an order for machinery skids to be removed at Exhibitor’s expense. 
• Labor must be cancelled in writing at least 24 hours prior to the date for which labor was ordered to avoid a one (1) hour per man cancellation charge.
