Skip the stress - our labor team can help you with setting up and tearing down your exhibit, including unpacking, installation, dismantling, and packing. Please keep these points in mind when ordering Booth Labor:
1. What is Booth Labor? Labor to assist with the installation and/or dismantle of your exhibit properties.
2. You may choose to supervise the labor or have PACK EXPO Services supervise.
3. PACK EXPO Services (PES) supervised labor - Labor to install and/or dismantle an exhibit under PACK EXPO Services (PES) supervision. The exhibitor will not be onsite to supervise. This labor will be completed at our discretion prior to show open and before the clear floor deadline. We will need additional information for all PES supervised labor. Please complete and return the
PES Supervised Labor Information form.
4. Price is per person per hour.
- One (1) hour per person minimum and thereafter charged in half (½) hour increments.
- Includes time necessary for workers to assemble their tools, report to the booth, and return to the labor desk with the exhibitor to sign back in.
- Labor must be canceled in writing at least (2) days prior to the date scheduled to avoid a cancellation fee of (1) hour per person.
- Only start times guaranteed is at the start of the workday. If you are not ready for labor scheduled at the start of the day a (1) hour per person minimum will be charged.
- Exhibitors must return to the labor desk to sign out labor once work is completed.
- When scheduling dismantle labor, please keep in mind that empty crate return will take approximately (7) to (9) hours once the aisle carpet has been removed. Dismantle labor is not available for the first hour after the show closes to allow for aisle carpet removal.

PACK EXPO Services has arranged special rates during move-in to help reduce your costs.
Straight Time: Any day 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Overtime: Any day 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Double Time: Any day 8:00 pm - 8:00 am

Straight Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Overtime: Monday - Friday, 4:30 pm - 8:00 am; All day Saturday
Double Time: All day Sunday and Holidays
**Due to high volume of Rigging Labor requests during the first day of move out, labor requests will be completed on first come / first served basis based on outbound target date priority. 8:00am labor requests for the morning of Friday, February 20th are not guaranteed. To help mitigate these restrictions, please plan for, and take advantage of Straight Time labor rates for Rigging Labor on Thursday, February 19th after the show closes. Straight Time rates will be offered until 10:00pm.
