STRAIGHT TIME: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
OVERTIME: Monday-Friday, 4:30pm-8:00am; All day Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

Need some help with the heavy lifting? Our certified forklift operators move your freight safely and swiftly.   Be sure and review the following points: 

• Forklift labor is available for assembling displays or for uncrating, skidding, positioning, and crating equipment or machinery.
• Forklift orders include a forklift and operator. If additional personnel are needed to spot equipment, please order an additional laborer below.
• Crew size is based on union jurisdiction, and the general service contractor may modify or increase the crew size at their discretion.
• Rigging materials are additional.
• Rates are listed per hour, and whenever possible, work will be performed during Straight Time (ST) hours.
• Orders received after the deadline or without payment will be billed at standard rates.
• Exhibitors must check in with the TEG Service Desk to confirm they are ready for labor and return to sign out personnel upon completion of work. Failure to pick up personnel at the requested time will result in a one-hour cancellation charge.
• A one-hour minimum applies and is billed in half-hour increments thereafter. Hours billed include the time necessary for workers to report to the booth. Please review and approve hours worked upon checkout.
• Exhibitor is required to cancel labor at least 24 hours prior to the date for which labor was ordered or a (1) one hour minimum will be charged.
• Dismantle forklift is not available until at least one hour after the show.
