Internet Service

Deliver seamless digital experiences with high-speed reliable internet service. Here are a few points to consider: 

• The Gaylord Texan Resort Service Fee of 26% of the total order will be applied to your order at checkout.
• Any hardlines installed or moved after carpet has been dropped in the hall will inquire a $100/hour (minimum 1 hour) labor.
• To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main service and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your internet order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
• Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
• Internet floor plans received by The Expo Group after December 19, 2025 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for Internet.
• Notification of cancellation must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to scheduled opening date. Credit will not be given for connections installed and not used. No credit will be given for service canceled less than forty-eight (48) business hours prior to the scheduled event opening.
