Flooring

Stand out from the crowd—invest in flooring that turns your booth into a showstopper.

The exhibit hall is not carpeted. You may order flooring through The Expo Group or provide your own. If no flooring is arranged, the bare concrete floor will be visible.

Custom Flooring:

• Orders received after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price and are subject to availability.
• Prices are for rental only and include delivery, material handling, installation, and removal at close of show.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of the first scheduled move-in date will be billed at 100%.
• Colors may vary due to facility lighting, printing limitation, and dye lot differences.
• Utility lines must be installed before carpet installation; order utilities in advance.
• If you would like your carpet vacuumed, you must order booth cleaning. It is not included in the price of the carpet. 

Standard Flooring:

• Renting our Standard Carpet supports sustainability through recycling and reuse.
• Orders after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price and are subject to availability.

• Standard Cut Carpet is not suitable for booths 20'x20' or larger; please order Custom Cut Carpet.
