From compressed air to running water, our certified technicians provide reliable utility services tailored to your booth’s requirements. Just keep these point in mind:
- To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main service location and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your air and water order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
- Pricing for your air and water order is determined by the date when the floor plan is received.
- Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
- Air and Water floor plans received by The Expo Group after October 16, 2026 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for air and water.
- All orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled in writing and received by The Expo Group/Seattle Convention Center (21) calendar days or less prior to the first contracted event move in date. Except sales tax, The Expo Group/Seattle Convention Center will not refund overpayment in amounts less than $50.00 unless specifically requested in writing.
- Cancellations received 5-days or less prior to the first day of exhibitor scheduled move-in will be billed at 100%.

Important Notes:
- Additional Connections - If you have more than one machine or multiple connections on a machine, you must order an additional connection for each machine or connection within 20 feet of the outlet ordered. Otherwise you must order another outlet.
- Airline Responsibilities - TEG/SCC is not responsible for moisture, oil or water in air lines, loss of flow, or increase in pressure in line to equipment. Exhibitor should supply their own filters, driers, or other equipment as needed. No compressors are permitted other than those supplied by TEG/SCC unless they are a fixed part of your machine. Venue CFM 90-100 lbs. PSI. No outside compressors are permitted that have a tank larger than 40L, max noise level 60dB and/or max pressure of 8Bar unless they are a fixed part of the machine, and gain prior approval.
- Water Pressure - Pressure may vary. No guarantee can be made to minimum or maximum pressures. If pressure is critical, Exhibitor should arrange to have a pressure regulator valve or pump installed. TEG/SCC is not responsible for sediment, color or taste of water. Non-Potable water lines (i.e. Hot tub Fill and Drain) are delivered via 3/4"GHT. Potable Water is delivered via 1/2" PEX Connection.
- Waste Water - If waste water from your drain contains hazardous materials, chemicals or metals, TEG/WSCC cannot drain it. Dumping items in sinks or drains is not allowed. If items are disposed of without consent, damages will be charged to the responsible party.
Labor Notes:
- Outlet Delivery - There is a minimum labor charge of 1 hour to deliver and 1/2 hour to remove each air, water and drain outlet. Outlets are delivered to the rear of inline and peninsula booths, and to one location in island booths. If a lift is required to drop the outlets from the ceiling, a 1 hour lift charge for installation and 1 hour for removal will apply.
- Outlet Distribution - Once outlets have been delivered, the rampingand/or distribution of services on the floor will be done on a time and material basis. A minimum 1 hour labor charge for installation and 1/2 hour for removal will apply.
- Outlet Connections - Connection to exhibitor equipment is included in the cost of the service. Special equipment requiring company engineering or technicians for assembly, servicing, preparatory work and operation may be executed without TEG/SCC plumbers.
