• Submit all orders with payment and completed Hanging Sign Information form and Structural Integrity Statement by the Discount Deadline Date to receive Advance Rates.
• Rates included are per hour. A two-man crew is generally required for assembly. Whenever possible, work will be performed during Straight Time (ST) hours.
• All overhead hanging signs or banners must be approved and adhere to show management and facility regulations. TEG reserves the right to refuse any unsafe hanging sign.
• For safety, all hanging signs MUST be assembled by The Expo Group or an approved Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC). See rates for assembly labor below. Provide setup instructions in advance for signs needing assembly. Additional inspection fees may apply if signs are pre-assembled before TEG's arrival.
• High Lift and Crew services will be invoiced based on actual time incurred, with a minimum charge of one (1) hour for both installation and dismantling.
• A materials fee will be assessed for each pick point in contact with the hanging sign. All hanging anchor points must be pre-fabricated and fully prepared prior to installation.
• Additional charges for truss, motors, rigging points, etc., will apply as needed.
• All hanging signs MUST be sent to the Advance Warehouse, clearly identified and packaged separately from the main shipment to prioritize unloading and delivery to the show site. Use the Hanging Sign Shipping Labels included in this manual. If not shipped to the advance warehouse, TEG cannot guarantee hanging prior to show open or advance rates.
• Exhibitor is required to cancel labor at least 24 hours prior to the date for which labor was ordered or a (1) one hour minimum will be charged."
• Signs requiring electricity must comply with the National Electrical Code. Review information provided by the electrical provider.
