From compressed air to running water, our certified technicians provide reliable utility services tailored to your booth’s requirements. Just keep these point in mind:

• Rates are subject to all applicable sales taxes & CBID fees.
• To help exhibitors with predictive budgeting for their booth expenses, The Expo Group has made ordering Electrical and Air/Water easier.  Instead of ordering the outlets you require and then guessing what the costs might be for labor and materials to install those outlets, we have combined everything into one rate.  The rates listed below include the outlet AND all installation/dismantle labor required for the outlet AND any materials such as extension cords in the cost of the outlet.  One charge for everything.  The only additional charge you might have would be extensive hard wiring labor for your machines, linear foot cable wiring, and changes to outlet placement onsite.  That would be billed separately.
• To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main service location and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your air and water order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
• Pricing for your air and water order is determined by the date when the floor plan is received.
• Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
• Air and Water floor plans received by The Expo Group after April 6, 2026 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for air and water.
• Cancellations received 10 days or less before the first day of exhibitor move-in will be billed at 100%.

AIR AND WATER TIPS:

1. If Gas, Air and Water pressure is critical, MCC/TEG recommends exhibitors arrange to have a pressure regulator installed. No guarantee can be made of minimum and maximum pressure otherwise.

2. Exhibitors must furnish all necessary fittings to connect to ½”, ¾” or 1” female pipe thread for gas, air and water connections. 

3. Please provide a detailed floorplan indicating locations of all items ordered

4. Please make sure all floorplans indicate booth orientation.

5. If you would like to preschedule your fill and drain labor, please indicate the date and time on the order form.
