To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main power location and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your electrical order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
On-site electrical audits will be conducted. If you use this service without placing an order, your account will be charged at the standard rates.
Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
Electrical floor plans received by The Expo Group after March 12 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for electrical.
All 208-Volt services will require materials and electrical labor charges. Custom electrical outlet placement/distribution will require material and labor charges. Standard placement will be placed at electrician’s discretion.

There will be a service charge of $50 for each booth “same day” electrical, once it commences.
Cancellations received 10 days or less before the first day of exhibitor move-in will be billed at 100%.
