DELIVERY AND LABOR CHARGES
AV Equipment will not be delivered to unattended booths. An authorized representative must be present to sign for delivery.
Labor charges (15% with a $75.00 minimum charge) include delivery, setup, on-site service, removal and pickup.
In union-regulated cities, labor rates may vary based on local requirements.
SALES TAX
Sales tax applies to all equipment and labor where required.
The prevailing sales tax rate at the time of credit card charge will be applied.
If tax-exempt, submit a valid exemption certificate for the event state. Chicago events also require Form 7550.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before move-in will incur a 100% charge.
WALL MOUNTING
Minimum 1 hour each for Installation and Dismantle
ST Hours $240.25 Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
OT Hours $360.50 Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 12:00 am; All day Saturday, Sunday
DT Hours $480.50 Monday - Friday, 12:00 am - 8:00 am; All Holidays
Add 2 hours of labor per monitor for labor. Additional charges apply for mounts above 5’ height. Contact us for a quote.
Exhibitor must unsure mounting hardware is pre-attached to the structure. TEG is not responsible for this.
ADDITIONAL NOTE
Delivery/pickup times may vary in union venues.
Pricing covers the full show duration; equipment is delivered the day before show opening.
Early ordering is recommended to ensure availability.
Accessories (digitizers, cartridges, surge protectors, paper, etc.) available upon request.
