AV can help make your booth stand out, provide dynamic content, and enhance your brand. Just keep these points in mind when ordering any AV equipment:
Orders received after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price and are subject to availability.
No equipment will be left in unattended booths. Delivery of equipment to your booth will begin on the first day of exhibitor move-in. Failure to receive equipment at scheduled time will result in an additional delivery charge.
If required to mount a monitor above 5’ from the floor, additional labor will be applied. The Expo Group is NOT responsible for attaching the hardware to the structure. Please ensure the hardware is attached to the structure PRIOR to your installation. **Please see the Terms and Conditions for labor rates.
Delivery and pickup labor charges include material handling, delivery, setup, on-site service, removal and pickup (15% or $75.00 minimum charge).
Cancellations received 10-days or less prior to the first day of exhibitor scheduled move-in will be billed at 100%.
