AV can help make your booth stand out, provide dynamic content, and enhance your brand. Just keep these points in mind when ordering any AV equipment: 

No equipment will be delivered to unattended booths. Delivery of equipment to your booth will begin the first day of exhibitor move-in. 
 
Delivery and pickup labor charges include material handling, delivery, setup, on-site service, removal and pickup (15% or $195.00 minimum charge).
 
Failure to return any remotes (if used on site) will result in a $50.00 charge. Failure to return any remotes (if used on site) will result in a $50.00 charge.
 
Cancellations received less than 10-days prior to the first day of exhibitor scheduled move-in will be billed at 100%.
