Several upgrades for the base packages are available and can be ordered at an additional charge. Upgrades include a monitor, custom header, backwall lights, upgraded counter.
Cleaning is not included with the above packages and needs to be ordered separately at an additional charge.
Cancellations received 10-days or less prior to the first day of exhibitor scheduled move-in will be billed at 100%.
Once graphic proofs are approved and produced, no refunds will be issued. A 50% cancellation fee applies for graphic cancellations requested after the Discount Deadline if graphics have not been produced. No refunds will be provided 10 days prior to move-in.
