Cleaning

Your booth deserves to shine—leave the mess to our team and focus on making connections. Here are a few points to remember:

• Cleaning is an exclusive service, covering all floor services and trash removal.
• Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will incur the Standard price.
• Prices are determined by the total square footage of the booth, regardless of the area to be cleaned.
• Exhibit and furnishings wipe down is not included.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of the first scheduled move-in date will be billed at 100%.
• Cleaning includes emptying the wastebasket within your booth during vacuuming and/or shampooing.
• A 100 square foot minimum applies to all listed services.
• Excessive trash will incur an additional fee for dismantling and disposal.
• Porter Service includes emptying wastebasket at 2-hour intervals during show hours. Vacuuming not included.
• Full-time porter service: a dedicated porter will remain in your booth for the hours requested. 
• Exhibitors are responsible for removing the plastic carpet protection in their booth. All plastic carpet protection must be removed by Monday, February 16, 2026 at 1:00 pm. If this is not completed, show management reserves the right to remove the plastic carpet protection at the exhibitor’s expense. Please order booth labor and specify “Carpet Protection Removal” in the comments field.
