One machine can be connected to each airline. Additional machines within 20ft of the main connection will require additional airlines.
3. What is CFM?
CFM is cubic feet per minute. This is a measurement of air volume required to operate an item.
4. What is included in the order for a Fill & Drain?
Labor and materials are included in the service of Fill & Drain. “Greywater” drainage is strictly prohibited.

- Determine how many pieces of equipment will need to be connected to either Air, Water, Drain, or Natural Gas.
- With the exception of Drains, plumbing services originate from the ceiling.
- All service connections and distribution of plumbing services below the carpet will be completed by PES personnel only. Exhibitors are NOT allowed to complete these services.
- Services for inline and peninsula booths will be installed at the back center of the booth if a floor plan is not provided. If multiple outlets are ordered a detailed floor plan is required with a main drop location and CFM/BTU requirements per outlet.
- Island booths requesting service need to submit a detailed floor plan with order showing where services need to be installed as well as CFM/BTU requirements per outlet and primary drop location. Without a floor plan, services will be delayed and additional costs incurred. Island booths may need to have at least one overhead drop if services cannot be pulled from the floor. PES will notify you of this change after reviewing your floorplan in relation to the building service locations
- After initial services are installed, any changes to installation will be on a new labor ticket and materials order.
- PES is not responsible for moisture, oil, water, drop or increase in pressure in lines to equipment. Exhibitors should provide their own filters, dryers or other equipment as needed.
- All air lines will be sized based on the CFM (Cubic feet per minute) required for each outlet.
- Compressed Air is supplied during show hours only. If compressed air is needed outside show hours call for a quote.
- Pressure for Water Services may vary. No guarantee can be made of minimum or maximum pressure. If pressure is critical, the exhibitor should arrange to have a pressure regulator valve installed.
- A floorplan is required for each air, water, gas or drain service. The floorplan needs to show surrounding booth numbers and indicate where each plumbing outlet needs to be installed, as well as the CFM/BTU required per air/gas outlet.
- The quantity of each outlet type ordered needs to match the floor plan. A correct floorplan along with all applicable forms needs to be submitted by the Discount Deadline date or Standard rates will apply for the total plumbing order.
- Floor plan revisions after Discount Deadline date will be considered late and standard rates will apply for total plumbing order.
- Island Booth may require an overhead airline if services cannot be pulled from the floor or if your line size will cause a tripping hazaard in your booth.
- Please note all Overhead Air drops clearly on your floorplan, and specify that they are overhead when ordering these outlets online.
