From compressed air to running water, our certified technicians provide reliable utility services tailored to your booth’s requirements. Just keep these point in mind:

• To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main service location and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your air and water order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
• Pricing for your air and water order is determined by the date when the floor plan is received.
• Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
• Air and Water floor plans received by The Expo Group after January 9, 2025 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for air and water.
• Credit will not be given for services installed and not used. All orders are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled in writing and received by TEG/Edlen (21) calendar days or less prior to the first contracted event move in date. Except sales tax, TEG/Edlen will not refund overpayment in amounts less than $50.00 unless specifically requested in writing.
