The exhibit area is not carpeted. Aisle carpet will be Pepper. Aisle carpet for the Start-up Pavilion will be Royal Blue.
Booth flooring is required. Booth spaces without carpet on January 12, 2026 at 9:00 am will have it automatically installed at the exhibitor's expense.
Custom Flooring
• Orders received after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price and are subject to availability.
• Prices are for rental only and include delivery, material handling, installation, and removal at close of show.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of the first scheduled move-in date will be billed at 100%.
• Colors may vary due to facility lighting, printing limitation, and dye lot differences.
• Utility lines must be installed before carpet installation; order utilities in advance.
• If you would like your carpet vacuumed, you must order booth cleaning. It is not included in the price of the carpet.
Standard Carpet:
• Renting our Standard Carpet supports sustainability through recycling and reuse.
