• Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the Standard price and are subject to availability.
• Renting furniture from The Expo Group promotes sustainability, ensuring that your furniture and accessories are reused for future events. 
• Cancellations made at the show site will be billed at 100%.

• Custom furniture items ordered less than 2 weeks before exhibitor move-in are not guaranteed to be in stock or available. Please contact your Customer Service Manager for assistance or questions.
• Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will incur the Standard price.
• Cancellations made within 10 days of the first scheduled move-in date will be billed at 100%.
