For your upcoming event at the Boston Convention Center you will have (2) two options for ordering your Electric and Internet Service. You may order directly from the exclusive Electric and Internet Service Provider at the Boston Convention Center or for a small cost difference, you may order through The Expo Group, your Single Source Solution®.
All orders placed through The Expo Group are subject to a 19% or $49 minimum Convenience Fee. This charge will be applied to your order during checkout.
To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main power location and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your electrical order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
Onsite electrical audits will be conducted. If you use this service without placing an order, your account will be charged at the standard rates.
Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
Utility services for all 120V power provided by the facility does not include the installation of cords to specific areas within the booth space. The Expo Group Labor, display company labor or the exhibitor can perform this work. Rental carpeting and padding will not be installed until cord installation is completed.
Electrical floor plans received by The Expo Group after April 2, 2026 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for electrical.
All 208-Volt and 480-Volt services will require materials and electrical labor charges. Custom electrical outlet placement/distribution will require material and labor charges. Standard placement will be placed at electrician’s discretion.
Cancellations received 10 days or less before the first day of exhibitor move-in will be billed at 100%.
