Internet Service

Deliver seamless digital experiences with high-speed reliable internet service. Here are a few points to consider:

• A The Expo Group Convenience Charge of 18% of total order or $45.00 minimum will be applied to your order at checkout. 
• To qualify for the discount, your order, including full payment and a floor plan showing the main service and distribution points (if applicable), must be received by the deadline. Orders submitted after the deadline or without payment will be charged the standard price and are subject to availability. The pricing for your internet order is based on the date the floor plan is received.
• Note: Linear booths with standard placement (back center of booth) do not require a floor plan.
• Internet floor plans received by The Expo Group after December 5, 2025 will incur an additional $300.00 expedite fee, in addition to the standard pricing for Internet.
• For full cancellation of all technology services ordered and not yet installed, a cancellation fee in the amount of 10% of the value of the services ordered will be charged. For partial cancellation of technology services ordered, but not yet installed, no cancellation fees will be incurred. For partial cancellation of technology services ordered and installed, but not yet used by the exhibitor, the installation labor costs will be charged. For cancellation of a service that has been installed but not yet used, a 10% cancellation fee plus labor will be charged. For cancellation of telecommunication services that have been installed and used, the full cost will be charged.
