ATTENTION: You must fill out a HANGING SIGN INFORMATION form (see tab) and a STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY STATEMENT (see tab) before your order will be processed. Forms must be submitted by December 15, 2025.

Important Notes:

• All ceiling rigging must conform to Show Management rules and regulations and facility limitations.
• All material charges will be replaced with per pick point this year. Pick point defined as when you attach a cable to your sign.
• All overhead hanging must be assembled, installed, and removed by PACK EXPO Services.
• All hanging hardware must be shouldered, forged, stamped, and rated for overhead lifting. PES will inspect and replace all non-compliant hardware. All additional hardware will be charged accordingly.
• Electrical signs must be in working order and in accordance with National Electrical Code. Electrical service must be ordered in advance; you can place your order online. 
• PCC Rigging Regulations must be adhered to in order to complete your hang and/or structural tie offs. Refer to the PCC Rigging Regulations for details.
• PACK EXPO Services will begin to assemble and hang signs as soon as the hall is accessible and as long as the order and the sign are received by the appropriate deadline dates.
• PACK EXPO Services reserves the right to refuse to hang any sign which is deemed unsafe.
• Standard Prices will apply if: 
  • Your hanging sign is not received at the Advance Warehouse by February 4, 2026. 
  • If your sign order, floor plan, and physical sign are not received by the appropriate deadlines and the sign will be hung when equipment and labor become available. 
• Lifts with crews have an hour minimum and thereafter are billed at (1/2) hour increments.
  • Lift with crew consists of equipment, (1) operator and (1) ground man.
• Teamster and Electrical assembly/disassembly labor have an hour minimum and thereafter are billed at (1/2) hour increments.

Supervision:

• The exhibitor, EAC, lighting contractor, or PACK EXPO Services may supervise the assembly and disassembly of your overhead hanging sign(s). If you opt for exhibitor supervised labor, you will be charged Standard rates.
